
EMPOWERED GIRLS TEEN TABLE TALK
Teen Table Talk girls group is intended to provide a safe place for teen girls to talk with peers dealing with similar issues with the guidance of an adult facilitator. This group meets to discuss issues that are going on in teen girls’ lives. These may be things like grief, depression, anger, or could be prompted by issues with relationships or decision-making. In this group, girls will also learn life skills that will help them deal with stress, relationships, challenges, school and more! Click the button below to register for a session!

Meet Amelia Howard
Amelia Howard hosted our Teen Table Talk on October 9th. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In High School she knew she would end up being a therapist or a writer, luckily she is able to be both. She has worked in community and clinical settings, non-profit sector, managed healthcare, provided individual, family and group counseling.
